机器人辅助远程神经外科系统的应用


本文提出了一种新型的机器人辅助远程神经外科手术系统。该系统主要由三个部分组成:手术规划系统、视觉导航系统和机械臂。新型视觉导航仪器的应用,使得患者配准过程变得更加简便且精准。该系统已成功完成了三例往返于北京与延安之间的远程神经外科手术。实验及临床试验结果证实,该系统具有良好的可行性与安全性。

Abstract

In this paper, a new robot assisted tele-nuerosurgery system is presented. This system is mainly divided into three parts: surgery planning system, visual navigation system and robot arm. The application of a new type of visual navigation instrument makes patient registration much more easy and accurate. The system has successfully performed three tele-neurosurgery operations between Beijing and Yan’an. Experiments and clinical trials approved this system is feasible and safe
