一种实现图像引导机器人辅助手术中空间配准的高效方法


本文提出了一种高效的方法,用于实现计算机断层扫描(CT)引导下的经皮机器人辅助肺癌冷冻手术中的空间配准。该方法基于患者体表上的基准标记点位置建立空间配准,从而将术前影像中的手术规划转换至机器人空间,进而生成机器人控制指令。为了克服利用其他介质进行标记点定位所存在的局限性,本文采用了一种基于可见光的光学追踪系统。所设计的标记点既可被CT设备识别,亦可被该光学追踪系统识别。实验结果表明,该配准方法的精度能够满足临床应用的需求。与既往方法相比,该方法显著缩短了操作耗时,并简化了配准过程中的操作流程。

Abstract

This paper presents an efficient method to realize space registration in percutaneous robot-assisted lung cancer cryosurgery guided by Computer Tomography (CT). Based on the positions of the fiducial markers on patient’s body, the space registration is established to transform the surgical plan on preoperatively taken images to robot space to compute robot commands. To overcome limitations of using other media to position markers, an optical tracking system using visible light is adopted in this paper. Markers are designed to be identified by both the CT and the tracking system. Through experiments, the accuracy of the registration can satisfy the clinical requirement. Compared to previous methods, the method takes much less time and simplifies the manipulation of the registration process.
